Hi everyone! Word reaches us from Chrissie and our other pals at the Donna Louise Trust that they’ve just kicked off a pretty big week of goings-on. They’re involved in a partnership with other such organisations across the country, Children’s Hospices UK.

This partnership has a whole 8 days’-worth of awareness and fundraising events running until next Saturday, the focus of which is an art exhibition with a superhero theme, called This Is My Hero. The exhibition is being held at The Gallery, which is on Cork Street in London. We thought you’d like to know about things, so you can support them all in their endeavours; it would be great if some of you could go to some of the events they’re running.

If you can’t make it, however, you can still contribute. You can donate £3 to the cause just by texting the word child to 70007. It doesn’t sound like much - but just imagine if everyone who’s attending AmeCon got their phones out and did it; that’d be a whopping great £3,600 on a plate, right there, which would be a massive help to these hospices.
